To Order Grass-Fed Beef


Please call or text 210-381-5307 or email hickorylakebeef@gmail.com when you’re ready to order either BY-THE-CUT or IN BULK. If you call and no one answers, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. 

For BULK orders, a $300 non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your calf portion. Once we deliver your bulk order to you, you will pay us the remaining amount due.

For BULK ORDER down-payments, you may pay credit card. We will send you an invoice via email with a link to pay from. 

Once your payment is received, we will let you know that your calf portion is reserved.


For BY-THE-CUT orders, there is no down-payment and you may pay in person when you pick up or pay ahead by credit card through a link in an invoice we will email or text to you. Just call, text or email to let us know what you prefer.


Once we know your BY-THE-CUT order, we will put it together and you may pick it up in one of two locations:

  • Our ranch in Marion by appointment
  • The Garden Ridge Market Days if you order in enough time ahead of the market
